FAQ

Home FAQ
Who is this best suited for?
People that are motivated to participate, learn, get their hands on useful tools, and learn how to move better for themselves and fore each other.

People that want to move beyond passively accepted convention, simply because that is ‘how it has been done.’

People that want an experience specifically crafted for them – every time.

People that want to learn as much as they can, and do far more with it that I can.

What is all of this based in?
The nuts and bolts are rooted in concepts from:

The Postural Restoration Institute
The Gray Institute of Applied Functional Science
The McKenzie Institute
Nordic Manual Therapy
Neuro-reflexive principles of V. Janda

A consortium of endurance and ultra-endurance training programs trialed over 18 years and counting –

Spiral Dynamics
Integral Theory
Enneagram
Sports Psychology
C Jung

Why do I do this?
To take ownership over your health.
To keep healthy, prevent injury, and to feel better.

To invest now for the next 20 years of healthy movement.

To learn how to avoid big systems that bounce people around.

To learn about that pull to move on from where you are.

How many sessions does it take?
Each session provides you with the best next step scenario –
Education and understanding of where you are at,
What you can work on to improve,
How to work on it,
And more.

We can go as deep into it as someone looking for:
Boston Marathon qualifying time
Building residency and the freedom to travel, train, create however they want
Periodically through major transitions

(Most folks start with 3-6 sessions in the first couple of months, and then 1-2 session/month for the season. Some folks get create their own retainer plan for set timeframes. Others pop back in during each offseason.. It is up to you. We have an endless well to explore – )
